Application
Applicants who intend to participate in the fair are requested to fill in the attached application and catalogue entry form and send it to the organisers by March 9 , 2009. Allocation of stalls will be made on first-come-first served basis on receipt of complete application form along with undertaking and full rentals through Demand Draft/Cheque in favour of “Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry, New Delhi.”

Participation Fee:

Indian Exhibitors Shell Stand Rs. 4500/- AC Hanger structure per sq mtrs + 12.36% Service Tax (Minimum 9 Sq. Mts.)

• The facilities under shell scheme will include booth, fascia, 4 spot lights, 2 chairs, 1 table, 1 power point for a booth of 9 Sq. mtrs.
• Additional display aids and furniture can also be obtained on payment basis.
