Exhibition Booth Type and Fees
- Shell Scheme $ 240 per sqm
Basic configuration: three white panels (two for the angle
position), booth carpet, one information desk, two folding chairs,
two spotlights, a 220V/5A power socket, fascia with company name.
- Space Only $ 220 per sqm
The exhibitors will be provided with raw space only, and they should
construct the booth by themselves; all the additional charges for
management and power supply should be at the exhibitors’ own
cost.
- Golden & Corner Booth
We will charge an additional 20% fees on the base of the charge of
type A or B.
- Participation Procedures
- Select exhibition booth, fill the “exhibition agreement”
in detail, and fax or post it back to the exhibition organizer
after signing and stamping.
- Pay 30% contract value as down payment in 7 days since the
registration of participation and pay the rest before Jul.20,
2008 at one time.
- Exhibitors will get the “exhibition confirmation”
after paying the total amount (exhibitors should check in within
the due time with the “exhibition confirmation”).
- Exhibitors will receive “exhibitor manual” which
introduces relevant items before the show in detail.
