Western Canadian Livestock Expo caters to the well developed livestock and pork processing industry in Canada. It serves dairy and pork producers in the country, providing them with the opportunity to view new technological innovations and gain access to excerpts from papers presented by genetic scientists. The show is presented by the Saskatoon Prairieland Park Corporation with full support and encouragement from the Saskatchewan Ministry of Agriculture and Sask Pork. Both the dairy and pork industry are adequately represented at this event.
Western Canadian Livestock Expo is a platform for exhibitors to showcase their products and network with prospective buyers and partners. A number of show ring competitions, social events and youth education programs are held on the shows sidelines to encourage business activities and generate sales leads.
