Dalian Star-Sea Convention & Exhibition Center (in Brief DSCEC) is a large-scale modern exhibition venue with multi-function of exhibition and convention built by Dalian Municipal Government. With grand style, perfect design and fine facilities, DSCEC is the sign building of Dalian.

Located in the north part of the beautiful Star-Sea Business District which leans against Lianhua Mountain on the east and on the brink of Yellow Sea on the South, DSCEC enjoys perfect transportation convenience: 4.5 km to Dalian Railroad Station and commercial center, 7 km to the port, 5 km to Zhoushuizi International Airport and 12km from Dalian-Shenyang expressway. It occupies an area of 86,000 sqm, and the construction area is 94,000 sqm. With one floor under group and three floors over ground, DSCEC has advantage facilities and gorgeous decoration and is regarded as a top-level exhibition venue.

The lobby of DSCEC is 40- meter high and 2,000-sqm large, suitable for holding large-scale ceremonies and activities. On each side of the lobby, there is an exhibition hall. Both of the halls are pillar-free. With a net area of 14,000 sqm, the exhibition halls can hold totally 729 stand booths. The outdoor exhibition area is 6,000 sqm, suitable for display of large-scale heavy machines and products. DSCEC is also a town integrating exhibition halls, business centers, restaurants, advertising agencies and shop. Post offices, banks, etc., are easy to reach and just 3-minute ride.
