Business Timing
The Cocoon trade show is open for business visitors from 11:00am to 07:00pm on all the days of the fair.

Public Timing
11:00am to 07:00pm.On Cocoon Night on Nov.25,the show stays open till 11pm.

Participation Cost

Entry Fee
The entry fee for all adult visitors at Cocoon is 10 Euros.
Note - Free entry for kids under the age of 12,when accompanied with adult visitors.

At Cocoon 2011,the show floor would be highlighted by:

1.Twelve exhibition halls.
2.Auditorium area.
3.Availability of wireless internet services and other high-utility facilities,and
4.Facilitates easy interaction of domestic and foreign participants.

Zones & Pavillioins

At Cocoon 2011, the following zone areas are featured:

1.Administration Building zone.
2.Ambassador Rooms and auditorium.
3.Parking area,and
4.Patio area.

Travel Information

By Road
Visitors can travel by car,along the A12 and E19 routes,to arrive cat the venue of the show.
Travelers need to make sure that they are maintaining the speed limit of 120kmph while driving.

By Aeroplane
Willing participants can take flights to:

1.Antwerp International Airport,or
2.Brussels Airport,or
3.Brussels South Charleroi Airport,and travel directly to the event venue.

By Local Transport
Convenient public transportation vehicles are available in Brussels,thanks to the professional services rendered by Société des Transports Intercommunaux de Bruxelles.
Ticket counters are located at various parts of the city.

By Train
Visitors can avail of the Brussels rail service to arrive at the venue of Cocoon 2011.Frequent trains are available from the:
1.Brussels Centrale station,
2.Brussels Midi,and
3.Brussels Nord stations.
