CONFERENCE DESCRIPTION
The Second International Theorising Education Conference aims at facilitating an envoirnment wherein exchange of ideas can take place for understanding theory in educational research .Vocational education, higher education, school education; informal education, adult education, lifelong learning and work-based learning are the major ingredients of conference. The Future of Theory in Education: Traditions, Trends, Trajectories constitutes the major theme for The Second International Theorising Education Conference. Emphasis on different traditions is laid in historical context. Relationship between educational theory and theory development in other disciplines are explained with elaboration. It provides a platform for development of the theory and its capacity by exploring the theory for education research and education practice.
