The session will also arrange workshops and Exhibition to cover important points like How do you design and deliver a food safety training class that achieves expected business results, Three Pillars of a Successful Food Liability Program: Prevention, Response and Resolution, Sampling- Why, How, When and So What!, The New Thinking in Pest Management for Food Safety Systems, Emerging Issues: Identify, Explore and Manage and Managing Allergens in Dry Manufacturing Facilities. These topics will be covered by specific speakers. Few training session and certification will also be a part of Food Safety Summit 2011 where attendees to collect knowledge necessary to recognize local state regulatory requirements, remove food impurity.
