CONFERENCE DESCRIPTION

Society for the Study of French History Annual Conference is a very novel concept of a conference that will be discussing about the challenges of globalization and about the fact that Europe cannot be studied only through the view of certain histories and historiographies. The conference will try to analyze the effect of globalization on the French history and the boundaries of the French history that are set by the traditions.
The Society for the Study of French History Annual Conference will help the participants of the conference to discuss about the French contribution to the patterns and dynamics of the transitional interconnection and also about how the European society and its culture has been influenced by Frances colonies and their interaction with non-European regions.
