The Georgia Educational Technology Conference

CONFERENCE DESCRIPTION

Every year the Georgia Educational Technology Conference or GaETC is sponsored by Georgia Educational Technology Consortium, Inc. The conference is organized by a Steering Committee which in turn is appointed by the Consortium's Board of Directors. The purpose of organizing this conference every year is to look into the professional development of the educators. For the past two decades the conference has helped the educators at all levels to understand the role of technology in education. It gives opportunities to the presenters to learn about the latest trends in educational technologies and also offers them a steady platform to discuss the related matters with the professionals concerned with technology in education. The conference is opened to any person who is interested in educational technology and there is no organizational structure- no membership dues and no membership list.
