Masterclass Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards through its annual conference aims to bring together, delegates, speakers and all healthcare professionals to discuss the various aspects, implications and effects of the new Acts that have been passed, Mental Capacity Act and Mental Health Act. The conference shall comprise of discussions and interactive sessions which gives delegates the opportunity to put forth their views, opinions or clarify any doubts regarding the Acts.Masterclass Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards shall highlight various areas pertaining to the Mental Health Act and Mental Capacity act apart from reviewing and thoroughly examining the newly enforced law.
