CONFERENCE DESCRIPTION
FEELTA or The Far Eastern English Language Teacher's Association was established in the year 1995 and is a professional organization. This association was started with the aim of promoting and improving the teaching and learning of English in the Far East corners of Russia. It also strives hard to improve the professional development of EFL Teachers so that they can have a networking with co-workers all over the world and can have a good access to the latest and recent EFL resources. The headquarters of FEELTA is located in the Institute of Foreign Languages, Far Eastern National University, Vladivostok. Today the organization has 500 members and 7 posts in the Russian Far East corners of- Blagoveshchensk, Birobijan, Khabarovsk, Komsomolsk, Petropavlovsk- Kamchatsky, Ussuriysk and Vladivostok.
