CONFERENCE DESCRIPTION

This 3-day conference aims to provide a forum for English educators, researchers, technologists and students to share their knowledge and expertise in teaching and learning of English Language and to stimulate high quality research work in teaching and learning so as to develop state-of-the-art English educational technologies. The organizer of the 2012 Conference is Sri Lankan English Language Teachers Association. It is a non for profit organization which is dedicated towards to improve the skills of teachers of English in Sri Lanka. The theme of the Conference is 'The Changing Paradigms in English Language Teaching'. This Conference is based on the past successful Conferences. Participants will leave this interactive conference inspired, excited and more knowledgeable about how to address complex leadership challenges through applying pragmatic solutions.
