CONFERENCE DESCRIPTION
Picture Coding Symposium is the twenty-ninth International Symposium on picture and visual data coding-decoding system. This symposium will be held at Krakow in Poland.
Picture Coding Symposium will have discussions on topics like interpretation of three-dimensional pictures, audio-video processing, management of high resolution pictures, issues of transmoding and transcoding and similar essential parts of picture coding system. Ensuring protection of the pictures and visual data and thereby suggesting newer and better technologies for this will also form another important part of discussion of this forum.
