CONFERENCE DESCRIPTION
The 25th national conference of NCORE (National Conference for Race & Ethnicity in American Higher Education) provides a multicultural forum for Black/African Americans, American Indians, Asian/Pacific Islanders, Latino/as, and European Americans to discuss problems related to their development. During the conference various aspects of racism, how it affects their life and how to improve ethnic relationship etc. will discussed. Various key note speakers will discuss issues and strategies relating to planning, implementation, and assessment of Institutional change required for recruiting and retaining a culturally diverse faculty, staff, and student body. Participants can register for any one of the twenty five pre-conference institutes planned on these very aspects. Exhibits highlighting ethnic issues shall also displayed.
