CONFERENCE DESCRIPTION
Radio Regulations Board regards and takes into account all the interferences in radio signals across the world. The board's recent focus is on the interference emanating from the territory of the Islamic Republic of Iran. The interference is reported by the Administration of France, which have been persisting for some time, adversely affecting the operation of several EUTELSAT satellite transponders and channels. The Radio Regulations Board has urged the Administration of Iran to put in full effort in locating the source of interference and to eliminate it as a matter of urgent priority. The Administration of France and the ITU Radio communication Bureau have been working along with the board, to assist the Administration of Iran in solving the problem.
