CONFERENCE DESCRIPTION
The theme of this year' conference -'Creating effective teachers' - addresses the changing requirements of teacher education. The theme concerns policy makers, teachers, teacher educators, the children and young and all those connected with education of the child. The focus of the conference is on school teachers of the U.K. and is being organized by the University of Cumbria, which is pioneer in teacher training programs. Dr Caroline Daly will deliver the keynote address for this conference highlighting latest dimensions in the training of teachers, initial teacher education and continuing professional development. The conference provides an open forum for interaction among the participants. They will also meet vendors exhibiting products related with teaching and learning.
