• Regular Booths are @ Rs. 6000/- / USD 160 per sq. m. Premium Booths are Rs. 6600/- / USD 176 per sq. m.
• Prices inclusive of 12.36% service tax.
• Allotment on first- come –first- booked.
• Rates include complimentary drinking water and lunches/ coupons as per booth size.
• 10% Discount for raw space (without any construction). Applicable on booking of minimum 36 sq. m.
• 50% of total amount payable on application. Balance 50% payable by 30/6/08.
• Famdent reserves the right to change, alter, and cancel or postpone the event at its discretion.
• Depending on requirements and demands additional space might be opened for additional exhibitors

Cancellation fees :

• 25% of total cost to be paid if cancelled before 30th June 2008.
• 50% of total cost to be paid if cancelled before 31st Aug. 2008.
• No refund if cancelled after 31st Aug. 2008.
• No refund if postponement or cancellation of event due to reasons beyond FAMDENT’s control viz. acts of nature, riots, strikes, etc.

• Exhibitors will need to comply with the exhibition rules and regulation laid down by W.T.C –a copy of which will be provided before the event.
• Disputes, if any, subject to Mumbai, India Jurisdiction only.
• Boothnos.1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,12,13,14,19 & 21 are reserved for Principal Participants
