Food Week ranks among the most eagerly anticipated food sector trade shows in Korea. The event serves as a convenient business platform for the easy and seamless transfer of topical information from this sector among the industry professionals taking part at the show. The show boasts of overall participation figures in excess of 93700 and senior corporate personnel and eminent decision authorities are present here as well. As many as 1800 exhibition booths are set up during the event and the latest food technologies and products are closely scrutinized here. The line of items put on exhibit at the show is quite extensive too, ranging right from poultry and dairy products, fishery items, preserved food items and health food, to mixers, food preparation machines, processing and packaging tools, utensils, antioxidants and a host of other related items. Food Week hosts more than 1000 professional exhibitors, showcasing a vast array of food and beverages and related machine tools. Some of the prime items of exhibit at the show are cultivated food products, dairy and poultry supplies, fishery products, frozen foods, wine and other beverages, organic food items, traditional Korean cuisine and health supplements. Coffee machines, vegetable cutters, mixers, meat processing tools, cleaning equipments and packaging instruments are also displayed here. Coloring agents, salts, sugars, artificial preservatives, antioxidants and kitchen utensils are exhibited during the event as well. 1800 exhibition booths are set up here. Several leading companies showcase their products at the show, including Sahamada Corporation and Orient Foods Industries Corporation.
Food Week, with more than 93732 visitors, features among the most well attended trade shows of its kind in Korea. Top industry professionals attend the show at each of its editions. Food and beverage manufacturers, cooks, nutrition experts, food retailers, wholesalers, food processing professionals and ingredient producers are some of the main attendees to the show. Representatives from noted trade agencies, embassies, supermarkets, departmental stores and online shopping malls are present here as well. Qualified buyers participate in the event in large numbers. Local and central governmental bodies take part at the show too.
