Exhibitors : 10 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.
Visitors : 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

Date and Times, Stalls will be allocated to exhibitors:
Allotment letters can be collected from 16th July 2008 onward from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 Noon & 04:00 p.m. to 06:00 p.m. after obtaining payment clearance letter from accounts manager from the exhibition site office.

Material move in and move out for stall decoration & exhibits

Bare space 10:00 am to 10:00 p.m. 16th uly 2008
Shell scheme 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. 17th July 2008
No exhibits or Material will be allowed to be brought inside the halls after 11:00 p.m. on 17-01-2008
The Security would seal the Halls and Reopen on 18-01-08 at 09.00 AM for Exhibitors to occupy their stands.

Move out
No material will be allowed to be taken out before 08:00 p.m. under any circumstances. On – 20-7-08.
All materials to be moved out before 10.00 p.m. on 20th july 2008.
