Cologne Exhibition Center:
Owned and operated by Koelnmesse, Cologne Exhibition Center is the fourth
largest exhibition venue in world. Situated by the river Rhine directly
opposite the Cologne Cathedral in Messeplatz, the center is just few minutes
away from the city center.
Its 11 halls alone consist of 284,000m² exhibition space in addition
to 75,000m² of outdoor space. Furthermore, the 3 Rheinparkhallen
exhibition halls offer almost 20,000m² of space.
Also, there are two conference centers used to host variety of events for
up to 12,000 people together with 37 cafes and restaurants catering for all
food and drink requirements.
Major Commercial Areas
The Airport Business Park:
Located in Porz-Gremberghoven district, the Business Park offers optimal
traffic links close to the airport.
Where the DIBAG Industriebau AG manages the northern section of the area,
EP Euro Project Development and HVB Project GmbH operate the middle and
southern areas respectively.
Currently, the Park is not only one of the most attractive locations for
space requirements by the companies but also the largest commercial property
that is currently being marketed in Cologne.
Feldkassel:
An important commercial and industry zone of Cologne, Feldkassel is
situated to the north of the city between the Rhine and the regatta course
on Fuhlinger See. The area is well linked through bus, rail or road network.

Major Manufacturing Zones
Industriepark Koln-Nord (Cologne-North Industrial Park):
The 100 hectare large Cologne-North Industrial Park is probably the
largest location for industrial use in the entire region that is available
for new business establishments. The whole park area is divided into three
specialized zones:
Zone North: 9 hectares have been set aside for industries
specialized in environmental management i.e. companies dealing in recycling
and disposal.
Zone wWest: 26 hectares reserved for the chemical
industry.
Zone Souwth: 34 hectares (the largest subsection)
containing companies operating in the automotive business, whether in
production, logistics or the supply industry.
Along with outstanding location and optimal road connection, the excellent
infrastructure of the area is rounded off by the Rhine port Niehl I, oil
port Niehl II, port rail tracks and Freight Traffic Cologne AG, HGK, as well
as a national and international pipeline network.

Kalk-Sud:
Technology and Industrial Park Kalk-South is a dynamic business site close
to city center with big advantage of good infrastructure and surroundings.
Situated on an old factory road that runs on the both sides Dillenburger
Strabe, the location laps several internationally active companies like the
environmental technology specialist- Andritz Separation GmbH, Deutz AG
(crankshaft manufacturing operation), KHD Humboldt Wedag AG and DSI-Deutz
