• The Booth sizes & locations will be only as per the given floor plan and as per the convenience of the Organiser
• 12.36% Service Tax to be added to the total billing amount and 3% to be added extra if the payment is made by credit card

Payment Terms

• All Payments / Remittances are to be made in favour of: “Macro Corporate Services Pvt. Ltd. ”
• All payments are to be made by cheque or bankers’ cheque / demand draft / USD draft / inter-bank transfer or Credit Card only. Outstation remittances may be made by demand draft payable at Mumbai or remitted directly to the bank account of the Organiser or by Credit Card. Further details can be obtained from the Organisers.
• Completion of the Booth Reservation Form and Organisers receiving it means that Exhibitor agrees to make full payment according to invoices. In case the exhibitor is unable to pay the balance 50% of the payment, the Organiser has the rights to cancel the booth booking and lease the Booth space to another exhibitor.

Application / Contract for Booth space

• Booth space requisitions must be marked on the Booth Reservation form (Form - 1) which must contain complete information about the company profile of the exhibitor and details of products to be displayed.
• Exhibits & Company profile in the Booth reservation form should come under the “Products Profile / Exhibitors Profile” mentioned by the Exhibition Organiser and matching the interest and the objective of the exhibition
• of the exhibition The rentals charged are clearly differentiated on the basis of whether the booth structure is to be provided or not. No structure will be provided unless clearly specified and duly paid for.
• Organiser reserves the right to reject applications for booth space without assigning any reasons.
