Business Timing
The Helsinki Book fair is open for business visitors from 10:00am to 06:00pm on October 27,29 and 30,and from 10:00am to 08:00pm on October 28.

Public Timing
October 27,29,30 - 10:00am-06:00pm.
October 28 - 10:00am - 08:00pm.

Participation Cost

Entry Fee
General visitors can access the Helsinki Book Fair,by ordering entry passes to the show from FairNet.
Once the participation fees are paid,passes are mailed to the willing attendees.

The exhibition floor at the Helsinki Book Fair has the following properties:

1.A total of 44,000 square metres of exhibition space.
2.Four lecture rooms,in Hall 6 at the venue.
3.40 meeting rooms in the Congress wing,and
4.The Glass Gallery,via which visitors can access Halls 4 and 5.

Zones & Pavillioins

The following zones are present at the Helsinki Book Fair:

1.First-aid station.
2.The Congress Wing.
3.Lost properties enquiry zone.
4.Kiosk.
5.Designated smoking areas.
6.Cloakrooms,and
7.Post Box in the lobby.

Travel Information

By Road
The venue of the Helsinki Book Fair event can be accessed by willing participants by road quickly and conveniently.
Visitors can take taxis that would commute them directly to the southern entrance of the Exhibition & Convention Centre.

By Aeroplane
Travelers coming to the Helsinki Book Fair by flight can arrive at the fair venue from the Helsinki-Vantaa Airport,which ranks as one of the most important airports of the country.

By Local Transport
Visitors can avail of shuttle services to travel from the Helsinki–Vantaa airport to the Helsinki Exhibition & Convention Centre.
The journey to the fair venue takes around 15 minutes.

By Train
Willing attendees can travel to the Helsinki Exhibition & Convention Centre by rail as well.
The Centre is located at only a distance of 300 meters from the Pasila railway station,which is served by local as well as long-distance trains.
