ABOUT I. E. D. Communications Limited
The I.E.D. Communications Limited was established in 2001. They are the pioneers in organizing automation shows in India. They also publish a magazine named Industrial Automation. They have their head office at Mumbai, India. Their global footprint includes Europe, UK, China and Japan. Mr. M. Arokiaswamy is the Managing Director of the company. The major event hosted by them every alternate year is Automation. The first Automation show was hosted in 2002. The exhibition focuses on Factory Automation, Process Automation and Control Systems, Field Instrumentation and Smart Sensors, Robotics and Drives, Bus Technologies, Software Solutions, Wireless Technology, Building Automation, Hydraulic and Pneumatics, Automation in Renewable Energy, Safety & Security Systems, Pumps & Valves etc. Some of the exhibitors of Automation 2008 were GE, BHEL, BOSCH etc. Their aim is to showcase advancements in technology and new products.
