Business Timing
The show is open for business visitors from 10:00am to 05:00pm on Nov.13 and 14,and from 10:00am to 04:00pm on Nov.15.

Public Timing
November 13 and 14 - 10:00am-05:00pm.
November 15 - 10:00am-04:00pm.

Participation Cost

Entry Fee
Visitors can register themselves for the show at USD 30(before Oct 7) and USD 50(after Oct 7).
Note:The show is only for hospitality industry personnel.
Attendees have to be over 18 years.

Travel Information

By Road
Willing participants can rent a car to travel to the venue of the IHMRS event as well.
However,travelers need to be ready to cope with the rather frequent traffic problems,and parking complications in the city.

By Aeroplane
Willing participants can avail of domestic or international flights,to arrive at the:
John F. Kennedy International Airport,or
Newark Liberty International Airport,or
LaGuardia Airport,and travel directly to the fair venue.

By Local Transport
Visitors can take buses to reach the venue of the fair as well.
Frequent buses are available from the:
1. MTA New York City Transit
2. Gray Line New York
3. Winter Garden Theatre,and
4. Port Authority of New York & New Jersey Bus Terminal.

By Train
Convenient train services are available to convey willing participants to the venue of the fair.
Travelers can take trains from the Pennsylvania Station or the Grand Central Terminal.
MTA Metro services are also available.
