Space Booking:
Application for space booking is to be filled in block letters and forwarded to ITPO in triplicate.

Minimum Booking:
Shell Scheme: 9 sq.mtrs
Bare Space : 36 sq.mtrs.
In the case of bare space, the stall should be constructed in such a way that the visibility of adjacent booths is not affected. The stall height should not be more than 2.4 meters. In case of any deviation, the drawing schedule should be sent to ITPO for approval.

Shell Scheme:
Facilities provided under built up stand of 9 sq.mtr. are: one table/counter, three chairs, floor covering, fascia with participant's name, 5 spot lights, one 5 amp & 220V 3-pin socket, waste paper basket and one of the following:
(a) 5 shelves of one meter each ;or
(b) Three leather hanging rail of one meter each with 20'S' hooks ; or
(c) Three shelves and one leather hanging rail of one meter with 7 'S' hooks
Option for (a),(b) or (c) above is required to be indicated in the application form . The facility will increase proportionately in case of larger area.

Allotment Of Stalls:
Booths will be allotted on first-come-first -served basis subject to optimum utilization of space. However, participants of IILF 2009 will have option to retain their location provided application with 25% advance participation charges is received on or before 30th September, 2009

Payment Schedule:

Booking with 25% payment of participation fee on or before	30th September, 2009
Balance 75% payment on or before	15th December, 2009

Mode Of Payment:
Payment should be made by crossed demand draft drawn in favour of 'INDIA TRADE PROMOTION ORGANISATION' payable at New Delhi by national participants. Alternatively, payment could also be made at ITPO Regional Offices at Chennai, Kolkata, Mumbai and Bangalore. ITPO is exempt from TDS by Department Income Tax, New Delhi Vide certificate No. 28 dated 20th April 2009. Hence , TDS is not applicatble on participation charges to be paid to ITPO. Foreign companies can send their participation fee through bank transfer to Citibank, Connaught Place, New Delhi, Account No.002157-012, Swift Code Number CITIINBX.

Terms & Conditions of Participation:
Participation in the Exhibition would be governed by the RULES & REGULATIONS indicated.

Importation of Exhibits:
Foreign Participants and Indian Agents of foreign companies will be given the facility of temporary duty free import of exhibits subject to custom regulations , execution of bond , provision of bank guarantee as advised by Customs.

Important Features:
A business Visitors' Guide will be brought out by ITPO giving profile of participants based on the application form submitted by participants. Limited space will be made available for advertisements. Advertisement tariff is as follows

* For Colour advertisements, scanned colour positives are acceptable or advertisement may be provided on CD-R in high resolution i.e.300 dpi in PDF,EPS,TIFF,CDR formats (open files )
