Participation Cost

Entry Fee
Visitors must pay 4 dollars to be a part of the event.
For participating in beading classes attendees must fill up an online registration form.

Ramada Inn offers space for hosting events of all kinds.
This premier venue provides a number of meeting rooms, exhibition halls and additional space which are flexible, well equipped and offer a number of facilities for the convenience of attendees and exhibitors alike.

The various zones and pavilions of this event are:

Travel Information

By Road
Those travelling by road can take the NY State highway I-87 North to reach Fishkill.
Those travelling from the east can take the I-84 West highway, take exit 13 and then move along route number 9 to reach Ramada Inn.

By Aeroplane
The nearest international airport is the Fishkill International Airport.
Visitors can avail of shuttle services from the airport.
They can also travel by taxis or hire limos to reach the venue.
The Stewart airport is located at a distance of 10 miles from the town of Fishkill.

By Local Transport
Visitors can travel by buses or by the metro to reach the convention center.

By Train
The East Fishkill train station receives trains from all major cities in the state of New York.
Visitors can take a cab to travel from the train station to the fair site.
