The Awards Program aims at identifying and felicitating regional excellence in real estate development, architecture and design in contemporary India, particularly those projects that have influenced change, transforming the built environment, contributing to the betterment of society. The awards celebrate the evolving iconic status of the structures they felicitate – a rendition of the contemporary Indian architectural scene. There is no single all India winner. With 3 awards categories in each city, and 12 cities where the Inside Outside Mega Shows will be the venues for the regional Awards functions, there will be 36 winning projects in all. The builders, architects, designers will be the recipients of the awards – the winning projects must be from any area closest to the venue of the Inside Outside Mega Show.

The organisers have divided India into 12 regions that cover India nationally. To repeat – it is the creations of the building and construction industry that are being recognised. The builders, architects and designers can be from anywhere – or abroad. Business India Exhibitions will be happy to slot all entries submitted by Architects, Designers and Real Estate Developers into their rightful locations.
