The success of the first Sulaymaniah Expo was far beyond the expectations. Sulaymaniah Buildexpo 2012 welcomed 160 companies from 8 different countries. The exhibition provided a huge platform for international business partnerships. During the exhibition , in the 4 days period, approximately 1.5 billion dollars trading volume emerged among 103 companies. The fair reflection of the exhibition is observed in trade volumes. Annual trading volume of 2011 is estimated as 1.8 billion dollars. The number of the visitors reached to 42500, including Sinan Celebi, Minister of Trade and Industry, the ambassadors, local administrators, investment commissions and municipality members.

The third International SULAYMANIAH BUILD EXPO, The International Trade Exhibition for Construction and Building, which will be held on 10-13 Apr 2013, offers exhibitors an exceptional opportunity to meet buyers and decision makers from all over Iraq and Middle East. With approximately 25.000 targeted trade visitors and 250 booths from Iraq, Iran, USA, UK, Sweden, Brazil, Lebanon, Germany, India, Turkey, U.A.E. and Jordan during 4 days shows, exhibitors will have great opportunity to meet professionals of the construction and building sector. It is organized by Elanexpo and KF Business on the total area of 10.000 m2 and the net exhibition area of 4.600 m2. The show covers the sectors of construction & building materials, equipments, and technologies, machineries and infrastructure. Material supply and technical cooperation contracts worth millions of dollars will be signed during the show.
