TRAID is a charity working to make the nations unwanted clothes matter. They divert clothes from landfill at our textile recycling banks, and after hand sorting, we resell the best in our legendary TRAID shops. The profits raised support projects fighting inequality and exploitation in the global textile supply chain, and projects establishing environmental sustainability in some of the world's poorest communities.

War On Want
War on Want fights poverty in developing countries in partnership with people affected by globalization. They campaign for human rights and against the root causes of global poverty, inequality and injustice.

Street Style Surgery
The Street Style Surgery is a social enterprise that hosts unique and funky ‘Street Style’ fashion design workshops for primary and secondary schools as well as various youth organizations. The SSS workshop gives young people the opportunity to express their own & unique fashion style in a creative, fun and easy going environment and introduces them to the fact that fashion does not need to be something that is followed or bought into, but can be something they can create and adapt

Fabrications
Fabrications is an independent gallery, shop and studio dedicated to contemporary textile practise and design, with a particular interest in upcycling and eco design. Fabrications opened in June 2000 in a refurbished derelict shop on Broadway Market in Hackney, East London. Its founder Barley Massey, who trained at Goldsmith’s College in Textiles felt the empty shop would not only make a good studio space for her own practise, but also an excellent showcase area for other contemporary designer makers
