General Regulations

  1. Access: All exhibitors are required to carry their exhibitor badges in order to gain entry. Exhibitors need to ensure they get extra badges, for their staff, from the show management office located onsite.
  2. The exhibition halls are strictly “No Smoking Zones“
  3. The maximum permitted height for any structure is 3mtrs. Exhibitors who would like to display at a level higher than the permissible limit would need to take prior written approval from the organisers.
  4. The liability for any damage that maybe caused to the exhibition halls, during build up and dismantling, will be the sole responsibility of the exhibitor.
  5. Noise Levels: Audio visual equipment may be used in the stand, but the volume must be kept down to an acceptable level.
  6. Canvassing / Aisle Congestion: Exhibitors may only conduct business and distribute literature from their own stands and under no circumstances should activities spill into the gangways / aisles.
  7. Children: For reasons of health and safety no persons under the age of 14 years, is allowed into the exhibition halls, during build-up and dismantling.
  8. Exhibitors are responsible for ensuring that their stand is manned, 30 minutes before the start of the show (which is 10:00 a.m.). The organizers do not take any responsibility for loss or damage of exhibits.
  9. During the show, no movement of goods would be allowed, from the stand of the exhibitor to other parts of the hall or goods to be taken out of the hall.
  10. Car Parking: Free parking is available to all the exhibitors, at the exhibition centre.
  11. No sale of goods: Exhibitors are not allowed to sell the goods displayed at the exhibition.
  12. Exit Pass: Your goods will only be allowed to be taken out of the exhibition halls, once you have obtained an exit pass from the show management office on the last day, at the end of the exhibition.
Exit pass will be issued by the management office, on confirmation from the exhibitor of goods ready for dispatch and the organiser ensuring that no payments due from the exhibitor are still outstanding.
