Business Timing
The show is open from 9 am to 7 pm on all event days except the last day when it closes at 6 pm.

Public Timing
On the 16th and 17th of November-from 9 am to 7 pm.
On the 18th of November-from 9 am to 6 pm.

Participation Cost

Entry Fee
General visitors must fill up an online registration form to attend the event.
Registration before 31st of October-1230 Euros.
Registration after 31st of October-1350 Euros.

The Palais Des Festivals Et Des Congres De Cannes boasts of a total exhibition space of 28,000 square meters.
The venue offers flexible halls and infrastructure facilities.
It offers signage, furniture and carpet services, electricity, telephone and wi-fi connectivity amongst others.

The various zones and pavilions are as follows:

1.The MORE pavilion.
2.Conferences pavilion.

Travel Information

By Road
Visitors can also avail of car rental and limousine services available at the airport to arrive at the venue.

By Aeroplane
The closest international airport is the Nice Cote d'Azur International Airport.
Visitors can book flights with Air France and KLM Global Meetings, the official travel partners of Mapic.

By Local Transport
Visitors can take taxis from terminal 1 and 2 of the airport to reach the venue.
Also, the Nice AirportXpress line to Cannes operates to and from Nice Cote d'Azur International Airport and the Cannes bus station.
Visitors can hop onto bus number L210 to reach the venue.

By Train
Visitors can travel by airport buses or shuttles to reach the Nice Saint Augustin train station to reach the venue.
