Country of the year: Belgium
For the second time, Midest has chosen a country of the year. Belgium, Europe’s seventh largest country for industrial subcontracting and the leading country of origin for visitors to Midest after France, has succeeded Spain as the country of the year for 2009. Conferences, business meetings and numerous festivities will promote exchanges and partnerships.
