ABOUT Adventure Travel Trade Association

In the tourism business since its inception in the year 1990, Adventure Travel Trade Association or ATTA, is a US based not for profit commercial organization that has a widespread membership of over 700 representing travel and tourism professionals such as tour operators, destination marketing organizations, tourism boards, specialty travel agents, guides, accommodations etc from across the world in more than 60 countries. The location of its main office is in Seattle, Washington and this organization is currently being led by its President, Shannon Stowell. Aimed at bringing together the industry professionals for disseminating education, networking and other interactive activities, this organization is also a trusted information resource for its member community. The Adventure Travel World Summit is a conference that is to be organized by ATTA in future.
