Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, also abbreviated as AUTH is reputed as the largest university of Greece. The University was founded in the year 1925. It was the second University after the establishment of the University of Athens. The University projects to an all round development for the students of this high esteemed Institution. The present rector of this University is Ioannis Mylopoulos, Professor of the School of Civil Engineering.
