Ascontex Promozioni Srl is entirely owned by Fondazione Industrie Cotone e Lino, with registered office in Milan-Viale Sarca, 223. As provided for by the articles of associations, Fondazione Industrie Cotone e Lino carries out studies, research, and provides documentation and engineering service to the textile and finishing industry; it is also active in promoting technical-scientific research. In this regard, Fondazione has sponsored and supported the creation of degree in textile engineering at the University of Bergamo.
