ABOUT Bahcesehir University

Bahcesehir University was founded in 1998 as a non-profit university by Bahcesehir Ugur Educational Institutions. Bahcesehir University's goal is to become a leading university in the world. To that end, the university has attracted a world-renowned academic staff; has created state of the art research and instructional facilities; and has developed study abroad programs for its increasingly diverse student body. Bahcesehir University encourages its students to be intellectually curious and to become critical thinkers with a strong sense of morality based on the universal humanistic values of Human rights, freedom and social responsibility. The main campus is located in Besiktas in the heart of Istanbul, the city spanning two continents. Our English Preparatory School and Vocational School are located in sisli, Istanbul.
