Camara Argentina de Empresarios Mineros or CAEM has its roots in Buenos Aires in Argentina, being established in August 1991 by the joint efforts of the House of Confederacy and the Metal Mining. It is a business organization captained by its President, Manual Benitez, aiming at developing a mining industry in Argentina which will have its worldwide influence in making modern life more productive. It nourishes an ambition to mother small, medium or large mining industries keeping in mind the interests of individuals and organizations. Its objective is to promote all stages of mining in Argentina be it organizing conferences, seminars, exhibitions and events like ARMINERA , The International Mining Exhibition. It also strives to enhance the network between various mining organizations at public, private, foreign or domestic level and constantly tries to bridge the individual and legal mining associations.
