ABOUT Chilliwack Arts Council

Chilliwack Arts Council located in Chilliwack BC is an organization dedicated to the development of the artistic and cultural life of the community. The Chilliwack Arts Council was chartered in 1960 under the visionary leadership and guidance of founder Marion Orme and first president Mrs. Mary E. Allan and since then the organization has been working towards the promotion of art and culture in the region. Most of the events of this organization are hosted in The Arts Centre which is also owned and operated by the Arts Council. This organization offers a wonderful membership facility which enables the community to come together and celebrate the rich culture of the land. Chilliwack Bluegrass Festival, Chilliwack International Film Series, Chilliwack Christmas Craft Market are few of its highly successful and celebrated events.
