The Chinese Mechanical Engineering Society was founded in 1936 on the 21st of May and has since then been involved in the promotion of art and science of mechanical engineering. CMES provides membership and networking opportunities to individuals all over the world and promotes trade in the engineering sectors. CMES is also a co-operation partner of Lenexpo JSC. This company has been working closely with government bodies and universities with the aim of improving the world through engineering. CMES has various academic activities such as conferences, seminars and forums for its nationwide members.
