ABOUT College & University Work Family Association

College and University Work/Family Association has been launched in United States of America to improve the work/life difficulties of students, faculty members and professionals. Its mission is to provide opportunity for professionals to collect information about the work/family factors which affect the life of students, staff and members. Every year it conducts seminars and conferences based on work/life of students and staff. As a global organization for promoting the work/life programs and policies of professionals, the association aims to establish a network with human resource administrators, work/family and work/life managers, senior administrators, faculty, and others. Michele Vancour is the President of College and University Work/Family Association. The Board Members of CUWFA is comprised of 15 members as well as Past President.
