ABOUT Council of Northern California Philatelic Societies

The Council of Northern California Philatelic Societies or the CNCPS in short is situated in California, USA. Established in the year 1940, the main aim of this organization is to work for the development and maintenance of the stamp collecting associations in Northern California. They also look after the survival of the stamp collecting organizations, clubs and societies. This organization also organizes many shows throughout California and through its dedicated team of professionals they also try to promote the various stamp clubs in California throughout the world. They also maintain a huge collection of stamps for public display. Captained by the President of the organization, David McNamee they are the proud organizers of The Chaloner Award function awarded in recognition to a great service to philately and also the Holmsten Award.
