The Corporacisn de Ferias y Exposiciones S.A. Corferias, was created on June 8th 1954, and opened its doors on the 29th of October of 1954, when the first International Exposition Fair was held, which later became the Bogotas International Industrial Fair. Purposes that Corferias imposed itself 49 years ago to unite the economies, to promote Colombias good image and to impulse the national industry development, still valid, thus its interest to conditioned even more its infrastructure to international standards.
