ABOUT Harbin Normal University

The Harbin Normal University, also known by its abbreviated form, HRBNU, is a premier seat of learning in China. This university is situated in Harbin, Heilongjiang Province of Peoples Republic of China and at helm of this university is its President, Mr. Chen Shutao.
