Healthcare Businesswomens Association, also known as HBA is a leading not for profit organization that was established in the year 1977 by Diane Anderson, Peg Dougherty, Millicent Gryczka, Sheila Sinkking and Ruth Smith. This organization is considered to be the prime drive for the advancement of leadership of women in healthcare all across the world. Based in the US, the main office of this organization is located in New Jersey and it is currently under the leadership of its President, Deborah Coogan Seltzer. Boasting of being represented by more than 6,000 members and over 120 corporate partners, this organization is known to provide an large variety of programs and opportunities. In keeping with its spirit, this organization produces the HBA Leadership Conference.
