Established in 1937, The Home Builders Association of Greater Kansas City (KCHBA) was formed when 100 builders came together to form a builder division of the pre-existing real estate board. The HBA of greater Kansas City is the mouthpiece of housing industry which consists of 900 member companies and adds approximately $2.5 billion to the Kansas City while securing 36000 jobs. HBA for the last 65 years is working for the betterment of home building industries and also the home buyers and remodelors. Under the guidance of Janet Pereira, the current President of the association, HBA is strengthening their position among its rivals. Greater Kansas City Home Show, Kansas City Flower, Lawn & Garden Show is the upcoming event of this association about which this organisation is looking forward.
