Horizon Events, Horizon Events was founded as the events arm of Horizon Systems, an early computer systems integrator in San Jose, California. Horizon's unique mega-track conference concept evolved slowly from mini-seminars given at Chamber of Commerce luncheons to multi-track conferences presented in conjunction with large technology expos and business membership association meetings.
