IEEE Malaysia PEL or IE or IA Joint Chapter is an organization that is a part of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers or IEEE, which is one of the biggest professional associations in the entire world. The full form of the Malaysian chapter of IEEE is Power Electronics or Industrial Electronics or Industrial Applications Joint Chapter. The aim of this organization is to bring about an all round development in technology for the betterment of the entire human race. In the year 1987, this organization was established in Malaysia. Mr. Mustafar Kamal Hamzah is the Chair of this organization. IEEE Symposium on Industrial Electronics and Applications or ISIEA, IEEE Region Technical Seminar on Industry Applications or RTSIA as well as International Conference on Computer Applications and Industrial Electronics are some of the many events that are organized by this association.
