Incheba has been inseparably connected with the beginnings of organising the Exhibition of Chemical Products, in 1967 (10-20 June). That exhibition had built upon the tradition, which Bratislava enjoyed in the 18-th and 19-th centuries when the Bratislava Fair was organised, which between 1921 and 1942 changed to the Danube Fair. Thus foundations were laid for the future tradition of exhibitions in Bratislava, which was further reinforced on 21 November 1989 by forming of the joint stock company - Incheba, a.s. Other activities were oriented toward completing exhibition activities, exhibition halls, and the premises infrastructure.
