ABOUT Iran University of Science and Technology

The Iran University of Science and Technology, formerly known as the Governmental Technical Institute and also well known by its abbreviated form that is, IUST, is one of the most preeminent seat of learning that came into existence in the year 1929 as first educational institution based in Iran to educate engineers. This premier university is located in Tehran and it is currently operating under the leadership of its President, Mr. M. Saeed Jabal Ameli. Striving towards becoming a centre of excellence in imparting world class technical education in a global environment, this university has the reputation of having hosted 46 national as well international conferences for the past 10 years. The MEFOMP International Conference of Medical Physics and the International Conference on Applied Mathematics are a few of the notable conferences of IUST.
