The Jamaica Manufacturers Association Limited, the leading organization for promoting the manufacturing sector in Jamaica began its operations in the year 1947. Also known as JMA, this organization seeks to improve the overall social and economic conditions of the nation by assisting the industrial sector to undergo various developments and progressive policies along with supporting the service providing sectors. This organization is also involved with maintenance of quality in keeping with the global standards. Headquartered in Kingston, this organization is currently being led by its President, Mr. Brian Pengelley. This organization also organizes a variety of programs and activities in order to further its mission.
